Ethical Climate and Job Satisfaction via Mediating Role of Organisational Commitment (Case Study: Tutors in Ghana)

Aims: Ethical climate is one of the vital features shaping intra-organisational relationships and tutors attitudes, thereby having an influence on organisational outcomes. Therefore, understanding among ethical climate, job satisfaction commitment important research area that needs to be researched. The main purpose study was examine via mediating role College Education in Ghana.
 Study Design: descriptive cross-sectional survey design employed study.
 Place Duration Study: carried out from 2019 2020, Methodology: quantitative approach with positivist paradigm adopted for study. A total 250 participants through a multistage sampling procedures (proportionate simple random sampling) were used questionnaire, scale questionnaire adapted Validation instruments using Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
 Results: results revealed substantial predictor satisfaction, [b = 1.11; SE .009; Boot95%CI (.1.091, 1.128)]. result discovered surge would lead 1.11 increase satisfaction. again, showed direct effect statistically significant, B 1.108, [1.090, 1.127]. Further, introduction commitment, indirect not .0011, [-.0011, .0043]. This suggests does mediates relationship between satisfaction.
 Conclusion: confirms Colleges Education. When increases likelihood satisfied their teaching job.
